Keep your side loader forklift running at optimum performance levels with a preventative maintenance contract. Available as scheduled or individual service visits for all Sidetracker forklifts and equipment. Servicing is the best way to minimise the risk of a breakdown, overcoming potential faults before they cause downtime.
Sidetracker engineers are factory trained at the company headquarters, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to every servicing job. The result is an impressive 98% first visit repair record.
Sidetracker forklifts are built for life, and we intend to keep them that way. Our team of engineers are on hand to provide support for our customers’ maintenance teams, whether they be in-house or third-party. Our objective is to ensure that Sidetracker forklifts work hard so our customers get more than they expected from their investment.
Forklift Repair Service
Downtime can be expensive, delaying delivery receipt and dispatch. Sidetracker offer a rapid repair service using our own time served, factory trained engineers. Our service team boast a first fix rate of over 98% with over 94% of breakdowns fixed within 4 hours of arrival on-site. This keeps costs down, and above all, keeps the wheels of your forklift turning.
Sidetracker engineers carry an extensive range of spare forklift parts at all times. Being a UK headquartered business means we have greater control over component stocks, with a significant volume of parts being manufactured on site.
We also provide a comprehensive welding service at customer premises using Sidetracker’s mobile workshop. If a forklift is seriously damaged and cannot be repaired on site, it will be returned to our UK headquarters for repair and testing. Our forklift hire service will ensure you are not left without a forklift during the repair process.
Reliable Back-Up
UK manufactured means forklift parts are readily available from our dedicated on-site parts warehouse. Spare parts for forklifts ordered by 2pm are dispatched via an overnight service for delivery by 9am the next day.
Engineer support is available via our technical support hotline, operated by fully trained staff. Our team are ready to answer all repair and maintenance queries with practical advice. We are here to guide your engineers through any challenge they may face.
Sidetracker offer forklift engineer training at our headquarters located in the Sheffield City Region, at no additional cost. This service ensures that our customer’s engineers can confidently undertake in-house maintenance and repairs.
