Ariel Plastics have been using the same Sidetracker multi-directional sideloader within their Staveley operation for 22 years, with usage in guided aisles to handle sheet material of extended depth, as well as long materials inside and outside. Sidetracker has provided service and parts back-up during this time, enabling the truck to have such a long and productive lifespan, continuing into the future.

The interest in a factory re-built Sidetracker SO series came from the trucks multi-directional narrow aisle abilities, which enabled Auto-trail to add an extra run of double sided cantilever racking within the existing stores area, doubling the amount of material that fitted into the storage area. We have used subsequently used Sidetracker for service back-up with similar excellent results.

Since re-locating to new premises in 2004, we have been using a Sidetracker. When a new Sideloader was required, we had no hesitation in ordering a new Sidetracker, due to product quality and service back-up.

Abram Pulman and Sons Ltd bought their first narrow aisle multi-directional fork truck from Sidetracker Ltd in 1999 and this truck is still fully operational within a daily 2 shift system. Since then we have bought more trucks as the company grew and added to our storage racking systems. Over the years we have found all our trucks reliable, and the service packages provided by Sidetracker second to none, all competitively priced. They are an easy company to deal with and frankly we feel they are hard to beat within the multi-directional fork truck market.
