Maximise long load handling performance with an extrusions forklift from Sidetracker. Specially designed to handle extrusions up to 18 metres long in narrow aisles, weighing up to 8,000kg. Side loader forklifts provide the reach you need, accessing racking locations up to 13 metres high.
To provide safe access to individual stock items, an optional platform can be supplied. A protective frame on the fork-mounted platform provides the operator with safe access to single extrusions from stock locations including racking, stillages, and pockets. As a result, a single operator can efficiently batch orders at height.

Two Forklifts in One
One extrusions forklift from Sidetracker performs the task of two trucks, able to operate in 1500mm narrow aisles and handle extrusions up to 18 metres long. Combining low deck heights with small overall dimensions, these trucks can perform almost any task, from accessing stock at floor level to unloading vehicles.
An electro-hydraulic system allows a Sidetracker extrusions forklift to be used both indoors and outdoors, even in heavy rain. These trucks are unaffected by rough and slippery surfaces, including gradients, with the unrivalled grip and power of a twin transmission system. Polyurethane forks offer stock protection, essential for a forklift operating in narrow aisles.
Maximise storage capacity with the option to these forklifts as part of a rail guided system. Extrusions forklifts not only provide long load handling capabilities, but they also support the maximum number of aisles a warehouse can accommodate.
